DA Policy,                                                                                 

What is DA?

DA is a creative organization designed to create new content, tell new stories, and allow anyone to make anything*. Creatives have full creative control* when they work with us. DA will give a limited budget to each creative to make content for DA. our goal isn't to make Monney but to make stories and dreams. our Mishon Statement is "Make it" 

Structure Of Our Organization 

DA is ran by a system of multiple groups governing together in order to insure DA stays true to its Mision "To Make Cool Shit" or "Make it". DA is a Nonprofit Organization Our goal isn't to make money, our goal is to provide the tools to allow anyone to make cool things. and to insure we stay true to this DA is ran by a board of organization Governers, this Bord is made up by and internally appointed members of the organization by the head or lead of the organization known as the Chairman. 

The Chairman: 

The Chairman is the Head of DA-network, the job of the chairman is to Lead the Board Of governors, manage and lead the organization, inspire and participate in the production of products, and to represent the Organization in and out of the office. the Chairman is elected by the board and can only be removed by an organizational vote** The Chairman is Responsible for appointing Governers to the board.*** (For the first few years the Founder Keaghan Hays will serve as the organizations Chairman)

The Board Of Governers:

The Board of Governers is a Council of incredibly Trusted DA members and creators. a Govenor is appointed by the Chairman and serves for life or until they resign. ***a Govenor can only be appointed Internally*** meaning the Chairman cannot appoint someone outside of DA. a Govenor must also be a member who is in High standing ie: be a founding Member of DA, Been with DA for a considerable number of years, And / Or have made Quite a considerable Contribution in content and creativity. There are 5 total Governers that may serve. the Jobs of a governors are to: Set or Change DA-Network Policy, Set Bugget and manage the organization, screen and approve new creative works produced or funded by DA, and handle internal conflicts. The Chairman Is a Member of The Board. (The Board Cannot change or alter any Policy listed under (Structure of our organization)

Non-creative Employees:

A Non-Creative Employees are individuals hired to handle internal biasness operations and Are not eligible to be Appointed Govenor. they Regulated by a different set of rules and policy set by the Board. (Note: a person Who works as both a Non-Creative and a Creative can be appointed to the Board of Governers)

Creatives:

The most important Part of DA-Network are the Creatives; they are the people who create content/shows/and projects with DA. Creatives Have full Creative control over there project including Hiring for their Project, DA-Network will provide funding to Creatives To make their Project. (Note: Creatives do Have full creative control there are some limitations that apply.
